Kanchenjunga base camp is one of the most famous treks in Nepal. Every year thousands of trekkers hike to Kanchenjunga Circuit Trek. The trek begins from the tropical lowlands and passes through thick rhododendron forests, stops at picturesque villages of eastern north Nepal and is going all of the manners up to the glacier supplying overwhelming views all alongside the journey. the trails climb from 1200m to 5180m. additionally, you'll get extraordinary perspectives of Mt Yalung Kang, Dromo top and Yalung Ri. you'll also be able to see a face of Mt Everest as you trek to the south face of Mt Kanchenjunga. Kanchenjunga Circuit trek is less popular than Everest Base Camp Trek or Annapurna Base Camp Trek. which means it isn't crowded and nonetheless faraway. Trekking in Kanchenjunga is a restricted area so you need at least 2 tourists and 1 guide for trekking agency for the permit. Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m) and transfer to the hotel

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport, one of our representatives will greet you and will transfer you to the hotel. Welcome Evening dinner at authentic Nepalese restaurant with cultural performance. Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and preparation day

Today we are going to visit four of the UNESCO world heritage listed sites in Kathmandu Valley. After breakfast, we start for Kathmandu valley city tour which includes the UNESCO heritage site in the City valley. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most sacred pilgrims’ sites for Hindus all over the world and It is the temple of Lord Shiva, the temple where the dead bodies are criminated on the Bagmati River. Boudhanath Stupa is one of the biggest stupas in Asia and holiest Buddhist Pilgrims and famous tourist destination in City Valley and It is also famous for over 50 Tibetan gompas or monasteries. Kathmandu Durbar Square holds the places of the ancient king palace who ruled over the Kathmandu Kingdom. Swayambhunath(Monkey Temple) is located in the heart of the City valley and It is another famous tourist destination and holiest Buddhist pilgrims in Kathmandu Valley.

Ghunsa - Kambachen (4050m,4-5h)

From Ghunsa we make a gradual ascent through the rhododendron and pine forest along the south bank of the Ghunsa Khola with several mani walls and chortens. Today as we gain altitude the scenery of the mountains and surroundings becomes ever more spectacular we will also be able to see the dramatic north face of Jannu. After crossing various slopes and glacial moraines, we finally reach Khambachen. Khambuchen is a Tibetan settlement with about a dozen houses huddled together in a grassy plain surrounded by mountain views. Overnight on a tented camp Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Exploration day at Khambachen (4040m). Stay overnight at lodge.

We spend 2 nights here at Khambachen to help you get acclimatised before ascending over 750m to Lhonak. You can join a short walk .organised by our guides up to Nupchu Khola from Khambachen from where you can see impressive views of Mount Jannu, then you can spend the rest of the day resting and relaxing around camp. Kambachen - Lonak (4780m,5h)

From Khambachen we trek through azalea and rhododendron along a lateral moraine , then pass through a seasonal yak herder’s camp at Ramtang (4,370m). After an hour or so of trekking we reac a rockier trail as we pass under a landslide area. We climb through the open rocky fields and then cross moraines North West of the Kanchenjunga Glacier to Lhonak. From our campsite at Lhonak we can see incredible views of Wedge Peak (6,750m), Mera (6,344m), Nepal Peak (6,910m), Twins (7,351m) and others. Lonak - Kanchenjunga Base Camp (5143m) -Lonak (8h)

From Lhonak we ascend the lateral moraine from Kanchenjunga Glacier passing through several sections of loose rock and landslide area for around 2 hours. The trails steepness decreases as we reach the stone huts in a grassy area at Pang Pema. We will see impressive views of the vast north face of Kanchenjunga from Pang Pema. We have an optional hike up a ridge, north of Pang Pema for those who are interested. It's a 200 or 300 meters climb and provides great views of Kanchenjunga, Wedge Peak, the Twins and Tent Peak. From there we can back to Lonak. Overnight on a tented camp included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Cheram- Ramche (4580m,4h)

Today we embark on a short 600 m walk to Ramche. The view as we ascend past Yalung Glaciers is stunning.we will walk past frozen lake, clear streams. All the peaks to the east straddle the India-Nepal border like Koktang (6,147m), Rathong (6,679m) and some of the Kabrus which are all over 7,000m. We will set up camp once we reach Ramche. Ramche - Oktang view (4730m) – Ramche (5h)

The first half of the day we explore Ramche. There are a lake and a meadow along with two stone houses at Ramche and often we can see blue sheeps grazing on the grassy slopes above. In the afternoon we follow the ablation valley to Oktang we will be able to see and the three main summits all over 8,400m. The climbing route to the summit of Kanchenjunga first climbed in 1955 can be seen from Oktang. Overnight at a lodge Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
